Join the volunteer team

A team of over 170 volunteers make this awesome event happen on the day. Remember, all our profit goes to charity. We guarantee you will have a fantastic day if you sign up to help volunteer.

Here is what some of the volunteers said in 2025:

“I love this morning of volunteering on the run course, I took a beat box and blasted music as the runners came up the hill, they loved it and I will be back”

“Early morning yes, but nonstop, cake from our own volunteer tent and free coffee, I really felt I had made a difference to the athletes too”.

“My first time as a volunteer and I loved it, I felt valued and loved the vibe of the whole day, I really enjoyed volunteering on the Saturday too, watching the whole event come to life”. I even got given lunch!

What you get if you volunteer:

  • Wedge of home-made flapjack to get you started
  • Sought after black CREW cotton T-shirt
  • Free home-made cake (by Ann our very own baker) and tea/coffee/water all day at the volunteer tent at Putsborough (bring your own cup and bottle)
  • Free Parking at Putsborough for the day
  • High vis vest
  • Entered into a prize draw where we give away dryrobe and Croyde Ocean Tri goodies.
